After-Sales Service Policy
Warranty Statement

Please keep your proof of purchase (such as invoice, contract, receipt, etc.) properly as it is an important basis for after-sales service.
The following after-sales policy does not affect any other consumer rights granted under applicable local laws and regulations.
Return Policy
You may request a return within 7 calendar days from the day after receipt if any of the following conditions are met:
a)The product has functional defects not caused by human damage;
b)The replacement product still has non-human-caused defects after a prior replacement due to quality issues within 7 days;
c)Product packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, and labels are complete, undamaged, and unused — not affecting secondary sale.
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
a)Return request exceeds 7 calendar days;
b)Packaging or product contents are incomplete or physically damaged;
c)Tested and confirmed by AlanDesign to have no quality problem, or damage is caused by user
d)No valid purchase records or warranty certificate, or any falsification is detected;
e)Shipping damage cannot be proven and item was not rejected at delivery;
f)Damage caused by force majeure;
g)Returned item not delivered within 7 days after approval.
Replacement Policy
You may request a replacement within 15 calendar days from the day after receipt if:
a)The product has functional defects not caused by human damage;
b)Product is damaged during transportation and valid logistics evidence is provided;
c)Wrong product received or product greatly differs from the description.
Warranty period restarts upon replacement.
Replacements will not be accepted under conditions identical to the Return Refusal Terms above.

If inspection finds appearance damage, missing parts, or damage caused by improper packaging, customer shall bear related costs.
Warranty Policy
If a fault is verified by AlanDesign as a manufacturing defect, we will provide free repair or component replacement.
The following conditions are not covered by free warranty:
a)Failure caused by not following the official maintenance guide;
b)Human-caused damage such as liquid ingress, dropping, structural/hardware modification, or unauthorized repairs;
c)Shipping damage without valid logistics evidence;
d)Damage caused by force majeure;
e)Damage caused by not following official usage instructions (system prompts or official guides);
f)Serial number or barcode removed or altered;
g)No valid proof of purchase;
h)Normal wear or minor cosmetic scratches;
i)Damage caused by using unauthorized accessories;
j)Repairs performed by non-authorized service providers;
k)Transportation damage due to improper packaging during return;
l)Product not returned within 7 days after warranty approval.
Additional Notes
Failure to request return/replacement within the specified period is deemed a waiver of rights.
After-sales must be handled through the original sales channel to avoid additional charges.
AlanDesign does not provide global warranty. Warranty applies only in the original country/region of purchase.Cross-border services require full service fees.
For out-of-warranty services, labor, parts, and logistics fees are borne by the customer.
Losses due to incorrect delivery information or refusal to accept the package shall be borne by the customer.
If tracking shows delivered but not received → Contact us within 48 hours
Shipping damage → Contact us within 72 hours
Performance issues → Contact us within 7 days
Damage caused by third-party accessories or modified firmware is not covered.
If smoke, abnormal noise, or dangerous conditions occur, stop operation immediately and contact support.
Warranty Period
Warranty duration for machines and components shall follow the warranty card supplied with the product.
Warranty begins the day after delivery receipt.
Replacement parts do not extend the original warranty period.
Consumables and Wearable Parts
The following items are consumables and are not covered by warranty:
Examples: nozzles, belts, air tubes, etc.
If damage is caused by manufacturing defects, replacement may be offered during the machine warranty period at AlanDesign’s discretion.
Safety & Maintenance Instructions
Read the quick guide, operation manual, and safety instructions before use.
Perform regular maintenance such as cleaning cameras, vacuum system, and guide rails.
Damage caused by improper fire-extinguishing methods is not covered.
Personal Data & Information Security
You authorize us to use device logs and contact information during service processing.
Before repair: log out accounts, back up data, and restore factory settings.
Untreated data will be considered waived and the customer assumes responsibility.
Policy Updates
AlanDesign reserves the right to update this policy and will announce updates on the official website.
Continued use of the product after policy updates signifies acceptance of the latest terms.
This policy applies only in the country/region where the product was purchased.
AlanDesign reserves the final right of interpretation for this after-sales policy.
